Follow up in the production process – The production process is time-consuming. Based on volume, it may take between 30 to 60 days from order submission to dispatch. If you choose this service from us, we will assign an agent to your order. They will monitor the entire production on behalf of your company and coordinate with factories in real-time. They will ensure that products are made in accordance with the proper guidelines and maintain satisfactory standards. This way, you will save significant amounts of time.
Labeling and customized packaging system – If you want to create a private label or add a logo to the products, our agent is ready to help you for both larger and smaller order quantities. We already have many packaging suppliers who provide this at a standard price and process. So we can offer competitive packaging prices and delivery with the proper logo and packaging solution as needed.
Free photography – If you are an e-Commerce buyer or business owner, we can deliver you up to 3 white background photos fit for upload to Amazon or any other e-Commerce platform.
Inspect product quality – Our agents will inspect product quality randomly once the goods arrive at our warehouse. If any issue is identified, they will contact the supplier and address the problem at its root. Certain defects may also be fixed in our warehouse prior to shipping.
Free warehouse storage – If you choose our pro plan, we will provide you with up to 30 days of free use of our warehouse in China. You can send products to our warehouse, and we will collect them and initiate shipping. This will reduce the cost of shipping as well.
Certification – We will assist you in obtaining the certificates required for customs clearance or sales in your country. However, you will need to pay the cost of applying for the certificate, usually $100-200.
Product priority shipping – We charge a competitive price for different shipping methods like: Courier, air freight, sea freight, and train.
